About Blaine

Changing your life through every area of fitness you can imagine!

I've been coaching since college started with personal training, tennis and raquetball. My love for figness has caused me to get certified and teach all areas of fitness. Stretch, and percussion therapy as well!

Two years with Texas kickboxing Academy, CPT for years, CES, certified for almost everything you can imagine when it comes to fitness. I am the Dorexuof Figness for two Snap Fitness centers in Richmond, TX. For past 6 years.

About the lesson

Get to know them, and their desires/goals both short to long term. Focusing on getting the fastest and safest results is priority, as results bring motivation!

All ages, shapes and sizes pretty much sums it up! I can work with anyone who want to learn and make changes to better themselves.

Doesn't matter how much someone knows, it's how much that instructor cares for you, and how best to impact your life personally in all areas. Life coaching!

My kickboxing classes are the highlight of my week everyone Monday and Wednesday evenings!
