Further questions on one on one sessions please reach out. Thank you!
My education & training focuses on my personal experience preparing to compete. I am a student to the game & I truly LOVE boxing. I am constantly watching fights & picking everything a part. I have worked with family and friends for fun but I look forward to fulltime students to make me a better trainer & them a better fighter.

For brand new students, whether you are looking to defend yourself or compete, we start with BASICS, BASICS, BASICS! The reason for this is because the more we practice basics, the less likely you are to develop bad habits. We will be focusing on your cardio, footwork, and proper ways to throw a punch before we get into anything on an intermediate level.
