The boxing family is unique in its own way. How you ask ? I'm glad you asked . First it's all about fun and feeling comfortable in the environment. Second : We focus ion building your fundamental of the sport. To make sure your technique is proper and your able to defend yourself. Third is all about drills and having fun. Last but not least you're welcomed Into the boxing family and off to the races tournaments etc. Also don't feel it's only for people who just want ti fight it's for people who wants to get some cardio in and break a good sweat ....
