About John
Boxing and kickboxing is something I've done for years. Training with a fight team in mma and working with a lot of professional boxers taught me wonderful lessons I used in my stroking while competing in mma. Thru the years I've worked for a number of boxing gyms and mma gyms and love to see the progression in kids , teens, and adults. One on one training or group classes stay exciting because I make it fun! It's still Hard work and dedication but I can guarantee you'll achieve your goals!
