About Jyothi
I coach stuents getting ready for college and also those who are getting ready for the workforce. I have a training methodology that is engaging with activities. I have a Master's degree in Instructional Design and I have been in the Learning and Development space for 10+ years.

I get them to talk about their background and get a big picture of their needs, in the first meeting. We set some goolas and objectives. Also, their self perception of their strengths and challenges. I then divide up the lessons into a few weeks and get them to do prework each time before we meet so that we can discuss it in our session and I can help them achieve the set goals and objectives.
Graduating College Students and some high school students for essay writing.
To try to articulate what kind of teacher they would like for their personality. To do their research and speak to the teacher honestly in the first session and always.
This question is not clear.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Their personality, strengths, challenges, subjects they like and why, don't like and why, what help are they looking for and why. What do they want accomplished through tutoring that they cannot do on their own. Time frame. If they are looking for a job, additional questions like internship or hourly job experience etc. Any leadership experience of the past in case they are looking for leadership training.
