About Hilary
Hello. My name is Hilary. I have been teaching chemistry for 21 years and started the AP Chemistry program at the high school I recently retired from.
I love numbers, story problems and using analogies to help explain the high level concepts found within chemistry. I have always enjoyed the relationships I've formed with students in the classroom and am elated when a student conquers a tough topic or problem. This is what has always driven me to be an educator. To hear a student say "now I get it!" - that's a great feeling. To know I've helped. 😋
