About Gabrielle
I am a University of Utah medical student looking to share some of my knowledge! I graduated Summa cum Laude from Idaho State University and have a passion for subjects such as Anatomy and Physiology, Biology and Chemistry. I tutored in both individual and group settings for three years through ISU and loved it!
I find it so rewarding to help people understand the material I'm so passionate about. I know that these subjects contain concepts that are difficult to grasp so I enjoy working with students and trying different ways of breaking down the topics. Lastly, I love meeting new people! I have met so many awesome individuals over the last three years as a tutor and made some friends along the way.
I have a BA in Spanish for Health Professions from Idaho State University and took all pre-medical prerequisite courses. I graduated Summa cum Laude with a 4.0. I tutored for ISU for three years and supervised the tutoring program for 2.5 years. Furthermore, I worked in a cadaver lab for 2 years giving tours and teaching high school students about anatomy.

During our first meeting, I ask my student several questions about what they are wanting from me, how they learn best and how they would like the tutoring sessions to be structured. I am very receptive to feedback and will check in with the student every few weeks about whether the sessions are meeting their needs.
