Master's degree in chemistry plus 3+ years of teaching in a classroom/laboratory setting.

Getting to know how they think about chemistry, but also making them feel comfortable about approaching any type of problem by gaining familiarity with the subjects
Mostly with college biology students who were struggling with chemistry.
Most students are not understanding the material because they need 1 on 1 help. Once they get it, it helps immensely in their grasp od the material.
I also think it's important to make the stude t feel comfortable and not nervous during a tutoring sessio session. I want to be perceived as more of an acquiantance rather than an authority figure.
Being able to become a freelancer with flexibility in my hours.
