About Marissa
I have had experience working with ages 14, up to college-level students, particularly with chemistry courses. As a soon-to-be graduate of San Diego State University with my degree in Kinesiology, I have worked as a tutor for the university and love to help students of all ages succeed.

Had experience teaching/assisting with highschool level classes and was asked by a professor at SDSU to help with the Supplemental Instruction program at the University - this program is geared for students who are taking classes with higher failure rates, such as chemistry and statistics. I found a passion for teaching and helping find creative ways for students to succeed.
