About Sayen
UCSD undergraduate studying Human Biology
Obtained perfect 4.0 GPA in general chemistry and biology series
Worked as an SAT tutor, coding teacher, and math and English homework helper at CORE Academy
I enjoy being able to work with students who I know are passionate in this course material and wish to pursue further studies in chemistry or the sciences in general.
I worked for a summer program at CORE academy where I helped students with accelerated math programs, private tutored in SAT, and also led a 10-week course on intro coding for younger students.

I like to set aside a few minutes to get to know the student on a more personal level to ensure maximum student comfort, which ultimately helps in the tutoring process. From there, I like getting into the actual business of everything and asking the student what he/she believes he/she needs the most help with. From there I run through the material the student should be comfortable with and assess their strengths and weaknesses. Lastly, I address their weaknesses and help them understand any material they find difficult.
