About Genesis

My work as a Teaching Assistant at Marquette University gives me the experience to effectively cover biology material.

I enjoy teaching biology and chemistry concepts in a relatable way. My joy comes from seeing that the student understands the material and how it fits into the bigger picture of biology.

I recently earned my Bachelors of Science from Marquette University. My major focused on Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant for Biology lab and Cellular Biology during my time at Marquette.

About the lesson

I start by finding out what areas need work, if the student is preparing for a test or exam. I then find out what the student has already learned in class and what material has already been covered. I like to work with the student and adapt to their learning style. Once we are famliar I build a learning schedule that we can rely on to support the students learning at school.
