About Zachery

I bring a great deal of experience and training to my students. I am a licensed pk-12 music teacher in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. I currently teach k-5 music here in San Antonio and have been privileged to work with the OU clarinet studio as a teaching assistant where I helped with developing all aspects of the undergraduate clarinet students. I work to engage my students at their current ability level and would look forward to hearing from curious students who are ready to learn. Let's make some music!

About the lesson

I first like to get to know them, their goals, their experiences, and determine how I can best help. It varies quite a bit from there.

I have worked with everyone from brand new beginners to collegiate players.

Look for a teacher with whom you work well. Do not be afraid to look around at different teachers who can help you and make you feel comfortable.

Students should be ready to play their best for a new teacher and try to relax. We are here to help you grow. We may talk about past repertoire, music experiences, interests (musical and not), equipment, and a variety of other topics so that I can get to know you and your needs.
