I graduated from UC Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in EECS (3.94 GPA). During this time period, I was a TA for CS 70 (Discrete Math and Probability) for 3 semesters. I really enjoyed being a TA and teaching others because I want to help others succeed in their academics. As part of my TA duties, I taught discussions sections, held office hours, and also helped to grade exams. As a result, I have a lot of experience with teaching in both group and one on one settings.
Previously, I had experience teaching students math, science, and computer science subjects. In high school, I volunteered for CSF (California Scholarship Federation) and tutored high school peers after school. Throughout my whole academic career, I have helped other students with their assignments and taught them various subjects, so I have a lot of experience being an informal tutor. I consider myself very good at all STEM subjects, especially math and computer science. Some of my qualifications are that I got an 800 in SAT Math and the SAT Subject Test Math Level 2 and a 5 on Calc 1, Calc 2, Bio, Chem, Physics C, and Computer Science AP Tests.
Currently, I am currently a Software Engineer at Google, where I mentor other Software Engineers in projects and career goals. Overall, I love teaching others because it is a way for me to help others grow by sharing my knowledge with them.
I was a CS70 (Discrete Math and Probability) TA at UC Berkeley for 3 semesters.
