About Karen
I am a home chef with Type 1 diabetes so my meals are balanced and on the healthier side but I do not like to sacrifice good-tasting food. So I cook with lots of love and spices and share healthy nutrition while preparing them.
If you need a private chef for weekly meals that can also be arranged.
I am great at teaching people to make foods that look like they took all day to create but actually just minutes. When I create and teach my students to prepare a dish, the look of satisfaction they have makes my day knowing that they created something they never thought they would do.
