About David

Hello I'm Chef David and I have a long line of cooks in my family. I am a professional chef looking to spread the fun in the kitchen. When I was in culinary school I helped out in chef clubs and enjoy teaching adults and children how to cook. Thru the years I slowly started missing the teaching part so now I decided to teach again. I have international cuisine experience and love cooking anything and every thing.

I was a tutor when i was in high school and worked in youth camps and it just was a great fit for me. Every where I work theres someone who want to learn what I do so I teach them.

I have taught Chef Clubs and was a assistant chef while i was in culinary school. i also have friend and family come learn to cook and the techniques they need to be safe in the kitchen. ive worked with adult and children thru my fishing company. I also taken pubic speaking and also a private chef for some clients.

About the lesson

I like to get to know the person and figure out where there passion is and work on that as we learn each dish and work on the weaknesses as we progress. I enjoy making the lesson knowledgable and entertaining to were they want to continue learning.

Children for the age of 5 up to seniors.

Make sure the chef can teach your level of cooking skill and the type of cuisine you are wanting. Talk to the chef and get a understanding of his demeaner not all chef have the same personality.
