About Jacqueline
Teaching is a very big part of nursing. It is up to the nurses to make sure the patients follow the relevant instructions. Ideally we should be proactive in preventing disease.
I have done some substitute teaching in the local public schools on varied many subjects. and enjoy teaching. I especially love it when my students fall in love with learning.
My cooking skills are a combination of knowledge from my career and being a mother. I am Cuban so my first area of experience with Cuban food, but I have also cooked many different types of cuisines. I am lfelong learner and look forward to the insights of my students.
I am a retired RN that is very interested in good nutrition. I've been cooking for over 35 years for my family. I also grow many of my fruits and vegetables, so I am a fan of the farm to table concept.
I want the students to enjoy the lessons and take back some valuable information and concepts.
