About Paul

We have been in the food service business most of our lives with over 70 years of combined experience. We love teaching about food and cooking...Paul was a host of his own cooking segments on the Outdoir Channel and also his own show on the Men’s Channel. Donna had her own cafe that catered and was a popular destination in Gort Smith, Arkansas, then went on to receive her Culinary Degree in San Francisco at the Cordon Bleu. She has worked privately & corporately as an Executive Chef. Paul grew up in the industry working with in his Parents Restaurant in upstate New York, then moving into corporate chef/mgt and eventually opening his own white tablecloth restaurant along with three others. He has been teaching and consulting ever since. Their combined talents and knowledge have allowed them to have many life long experiences and have given many students the opportunity to advance their culinary careers. They love giving people the knowledge they have learned over the years and to see the enjoyment from students and clients after classes and working with them.

Having owned several restaurants and consulted to numerous restaurants around the country, it would be our pleasure to show students a professional look at how to cook.

Culinary Degree, four year college, previous teaching of cooking as a professional chef. TV Show for over 10 years.....70+ years in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry, public speaker, writer and tv &radio personality.

I had a class on Pie making for a summer school class of 10 to 12 year olds, a fun four hours where all participated and got to enjoy the pies they made.
