Experienced tutor in Cooking in Lehigh Acres, Elsa offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I took cooking lessons with Elsa for four weeks and I truly enjoyed it and learnt so much. I was a novice and she taught me about
spices, seasonings, braising, grilling, steaming and frying. Now I have so much confidence, I often cook small meals for my
friends and family. They are so pleased at how much I have learnt!!

Elsa impressed me with the wealth of knowledge she had on how long to cook my selected dishes and how to select the correct ingredients and prepped them. I can cook on my own now.

I have worked with Elsa for several months and she has helped me to better understand on how to select the type of seasoning that
is required to allow my Jamaican and American dishes to be produced with flavor out of this world.

Elsa is a personable elegant lady. She is intelligent and talented. A true trend setter and innovator. I've worked with Elsa both in a
corporate setting and also in the food industry setting. Her recipes which are fine Jamaican cuisines are superb. Elsa is. hard
worker who takes her business and career seriously.
