I really enjoy the reactions on peoples faces when they taste my food. Teaching people how to cook is one of my passions & being a small business owner I am always teaching my staff new techniques, new dishes etc.

During COVID I started providing zoom cooking lessons to the local community. Ever since I have just wanted to gain more experience and pursue my goal is becoming a culinary instructor.

I have a degree in chefs training, culinary arts management and I have been In the industry professionally for 18 years.

About the lesson

I will ask them what is their level of cooking experience and what their goals are.

I have worked with older individuals, with my restaurant all of my employees age range 18-31.

I would advise to look for a teacher who is passionate about both cooking and teaching.

I recently opened up my own small business restaurant during the pandemic and was able to survive due to the support of the local community.
