Hi! I’m Chef Deena, the Kitchen Physician! And as the title suggests, I thoroughly enjoy healing my clients through non-hybrid, non-GMO, locally sourced, nutrient-rich herbs & food!

I became vegan (Alkaline-Vegan to be more specific) in January 2016. But since I've been in the culinary industry for over 26 years, I'm so honored & excited to put what I've gathered to the test in such a beneficial way! Pssst, I only accept PLANT-BASED cooking class requests
