About Olivia

I love to teach people at all skill levels to bring their culinary dreams to reality. I am a very laid back teacher but will teach you the best techniques out there.

I love sharing my skills with others so that they can take them and make them their own.

I was in charge of all the interns at the 2 Michelin star restaurant that worked at. I loved teaching these budding chefs and then steered my career in a teaching direction.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London

About the lesson

We work together to come up with the lesson plan and then execute the class either in person or over zoom.

I have worked with everyone from children to adults.

Have a clear outline of what you would like to learn. There are so many areas of the culinary world so the more specific you can be in what you want to learn, the better.
