About Katherine
I provide vegan, natural foods cooking lessons to indviduals, families or groups. My passion lies in designing courses to fit individual needs including cooking for health conditions and food allergies.
I began my business in 2011 as a part-time second job. There was a larger interest than I anticipated so I became a Certified Natural Foods Personal Chef/Cooking Tutor.

I do an in-person or phone interview to decide if we are a good fit for each other. Then, we schedule about two hours for the first class. This gives the student a better feel for what I do which helps me tailor the course to the indivdual's needs.
Beginning through experienced individuals, families and groups.
Make sure the person you hire is a good fit based on expertise, experience and intention.
I did a series of healthy food classes for the Pikes Peak Library system in Colorado. It was very rewarding because I was able to work with a wide variety of students.
