Chef Michael Salzbank was awesome. we learned a lot. it was all hands on . Fun as well as learned many new techniques and recipes.

The staff were fun, friendly and helpful, and they provided a very casual and comfortable environment. You felt like you were cooking at home with friends.

I liked that the classes are hands on. I learned to cook different dishes from different cuisines. The teacher also has a good sense of humor which makes it fun to cook. I loved all the classes.
