About Christina
I moved to the States by myself almost 20 years ago and now have 2 sons. I had a lot to discover, learn, and overcome. I had always been “athletic” growing up but I had studied law in France and was seeking a “blue collar” type of job. Somehow something was missing...until I started working part-time in a Pilates studio in Miami, FL to supplement my real estate income during the 2008 real estate crash. So it’s been 10 since then that I got certified in Pilates and Spinning and haven’t left the industry ever since. Being healthy, strong & fit is even more important now that I have kids and they need my best to help & support them grow as well. I believe having an exercise routine gives people support physically, mentally, and spiritually, and that the world would be a better place if everybody had a balanced workout routine. So my purpose is to share this belief with the world and to be there for anyone who needs my presence to remember this.
I enjoy commitment. When I witness commitment to a better good, I am hopeful for the future. I enjoy sharing my best. I enjoy integrity and honesty. I enjoy others, because we are so very little and inefficient when we are alone!
I got certified in Pilates & Spinning 10 years ago, have practiced and taught ever since, and participated in multiple accredited workshops and continuing education requirements. I taught in private, semi-private, and large groups, in 3 different states with a wide variety of audience.

I typically start a new client by a Conversation/assessment - we can do that on FaceTime or Skype. We need to discuss past and present medical history/clearance, goals, schedule, lifestyle, commitment and expectations.

How she pushes you when it’s hard to push yourself. She challenges you to be the best that you can be and every class of hers is different. During her class I’m calling her all kinds of names in my head lol. But after the class I want to go up to her and give her a big kiss because afterwards you feel like a million bucks.
She really knows her stuff and truly cares about your overall well-being!!! She will definitely push you to achieve your goals!
