Everything about this experience is enjoyable, from the friendly dance moms to the close friendship amongst all students. It's a world in another world and it something everyone can be apart of.

I started teaching professionally by request from churches, schools and other group entities after performing at different establishments since I was 8 years old.

25 years of dance experience in Lyrical, Hip-hop, basic ballet, Jazz, Afrobeat Contemparary and modern dance.
Certified professional personal and group fitness instructor.
20 years of teaching and training experience

About the lesson

Beginners are Evaluated to determine skill level by performance of a simple 3 minute course that including Evaluation in Rhythm, Flow, Hand eye coordination, Flexibility, Mobility and strength. After evaluation instructions for course will begin at dancers personal level.

I've work with students of ALL ages. I've worked with new dancers, expecting mother's, kids ,teens, adults, to other dance or fitness trainers and even those who are restrained, disabled, or impaired.

Your instructor must know what you desired goal is to reachand the correct formula to execute. Your weight, your diet, your stress level, your highs and lows and major factors in your health and wellness. Dancing has been proven to reduce stress level and elevate your health overall. Fitness is not just about movement it's your everyday life and how it can be improved for your future.

Recently Janaetion Fit has launched a new Clothing brand and is a part of the New productions in recruitment including: Music Videos, Photogrpahy shoots, Background dancing, modeling, commercials, Movies and more! That's right even new dancers get these new opportunities and some are at absolutely no cost!
