I am a master percussionist from Guinea, West Africa. I provide interactive and fun music, drum and dance lessons for adults and children of all skill levels. I provides instruction on the balafon, djembe, doundoun, krin and bote as well as in West African dance.
I love sharing the music, dance and culture of West Africa.
I am a master percussionist, musician, performer and teacher of West African music and dance, as well as a traditional instrument builder. I have been performing professionally for over 20 years, and I teach and share the music, dance and culture of West Africa.
For six years I performed with Les Ballets Africains, the national dance company of Guinea, playing five traditional West African instruments – the balafon, djembe, krin, doundoun and bote.
