My name is Gail and I own an online business, (concealed information) for women 50+ who want to DANCE 💃🏻 GET FIT 💪🏼 and HAVE FUN! 😊 I teach social & ballroom dance-inspired workouts through easy-to-follow patterns to music from all eras. At 57, I am in the best shape of my life, physically & mentally and love to motivate other women to feel the same!
