About Kristina

I focus on feeling the music with my body rather than certain techniques, but even still there has to be a balance of both in every dance style.

I focus on hip hop, contemporary and modern styles of dance.

I enjoy telling a story with my movements. As a lover of musical theater, certain choreography helps move the story forward. I also love to help build confidence through dance. So many people don't dance because they feel like they will be judged or something, but it isnt about what everyone else thinks. It's about how the dancer feels moving to the music. My goal is to teach the basics of rhythm and movement so you can take these moves and put to them to any song you desire while making them your own.

15 years of dance. 11 years of ballet and tap. 9 years of jazz and modern. 6 years of hip hop and lyrical. With all the varieties I have experience in, the style of dance I like is called "flowpop".

About the lesson

The first class will be to get to know the skill level of the student and learning what they want and go over the fundamentals for their skill level.
