Condition- We develop a workout routine which includes a warm-up and cool-down which will be done each lesson.
Focus- We set an intention for the lessons and discuss any upcoming performances or workshops.
Discipline- We create a goal in the form of learning a whole number (students song choice) and later performing it for friends and family.
