About Valerie
A latin based cardio workout with a twist! I enjoy incorporating music and dance styles from around the world. My students will receive a breadth of knowledge on how to master various dance styles from Brazil, Africa and the Carribean. Just stick with me and come along for the ride!
I've been doing Zumba for over 7 years, and my favorite aspect of instructing is facilitating an environment where my students are able to learn, have an amazing time while receiving an high intensity cardio workout. I give a lot of energy and enjoy spreading that passion with others!
