About Amy
Oakland Pole and Dance, founded in 2018, is located in Oakland, CA, serving the surrounding areas. This inclusive, women-owned studio offers an engaging blend of pole dance, aerial silks, lyra, and active flexibility training. With over 40 classes a week, it welcomes everyone from absolute beginners to competitive dancers and aerialists. The studio prides itself on creating a safe, supportive community focused on technical movement and artistic expression, rather than weight loss. It's more than a studio, it's a nurturing, inclusive community in the heart of the Adam's Point area.
