About Sarah

I am a personal trainer and Group fitness instructor but I teach Zumba (dancec fitness) three days a week on my own. My location makes two of my classes stand out because we are in a fitness room in an athletic clothing store for women called "Lorna Jane" and it's so fun. Attendees of the class get discounts on clothes for coming to class and we have simple drop in rates or pay ahead available with discounts and no membership required!

I love fitness and group fitness especially! I have found taking and teaching Zumba so much fun. I love picking great songs and choreography for a fun and exciting class of smiles sweat and energy.

I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have had my Zumba license for almost 3 years and have been teaching and training in the fitness industry for 12 years. I grew up dancing in dance schools and any where I got a chance. I'm trying to make Zumba dance fitness my big group fitness priority. My new venue is a great location and I can't wait to have a full house of dance fitness fun.
