About Elena
Dance is an Art form that is undescripable. It allows you to connects your body, mind, and soul to movement. It allows you to have freedom and length within the Body and Mind. Dance is so valuable to me. I started dancing when I was 5 in Madrid. I later trained in Phoenix, Arizona at Plumb Performing Arts Center. I continued my passion of Dance with an amazing Education at SUNY purchase Conservatory of Dance. I have taught all kinds of styles to Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Imrov. I have taught all through out United Staes of America and now looking for those eager and passionate about movement and fitness students in Madrid.
The creativity. The investigation of the human body. Creating a healthy mind and body. Feeling complete by excersizong or stretching the body thatcrealses the nervous system.
