About Cindy
Mojo's approach to dance fitness is unique in that we focus on getting a total body workout over learning complicated "steps". Mojo friends come in alll exercise levels, body shapes and rhythms. It becomes addictive in that we have the BEST playlist in town with the best after burn in town which means the pounds continue melting off even AFTER you have showered - the magic bullet to losing weight. Low and high impact. We also have a streaming online service where you and learn the routines on line with captions to show you how to get the mopst out of your workoput. See website for LIVE and Online classes. mojofitness.biz
