About Jessica
I am a professional artist with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Visual Art. I have ten years of teaching experience and have shown my work internationally.
I began giving private art lessons in undergrad to children and adults. I later taught art in public and private schools. I have also continuously given private art lessons to adults throughout my professional career. They have came into my studio for these lessons.
I have extensive education in the arts including a BFA and MFA. I have over ten years of teaching experience in painting and drawing.

Going over their personal goals and what they want to achieve from an artistic practice.
I have worked with children ages 4-7, 8-10, and teenagers. I have also taught adults. I have also worked with special needs children.
I would ask them to think about exactly how they want to improve or learn painting and drawing. Do they want to learn how to mix colors, transitional painting techniques, fundamentals of drawing etc.
Seeing a student accomplish their artistic goals and being extremely proud of what they made.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would make sure they had a clear idea of what they want to pursue artistically.
