About Ashli
I push my students to embrace creativity and use lessons from art in everyday situations.
I have an Associates Degree in liberal arts. I studied all the basics of art, art history and graphic design. My proudest moments are being told by classmates in Photography, Electronic Imaging and 3D Design that I gave great advice.

I ask what my students goals are, figure out where their strengths and weaknesses lie and improve from there.
For example if a student wanted to learn to draw people and was amazing at drawing faces but not fullbodies I would suggest doing figure drawing excercises and go through the steps of that.
A public school art teacher will teach you the basics without a care for your preferences or what skills you need. A tutor should be catered to you and to helping you achieve your specific goals.
