About Sean

I have traveled the world painting with the world's top Muralist and live painters. I look forward to sharing what I have learned and help artists advance their performance.

I have studied fine art - painting extensively, beginning at the School of Visual Art in New York, to Pratt Institute and then studying under Graham Nickson at the New York Studio School.

While at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn I founded the original Live Painting Competition "Art Battle". After leaving school I began painting live and producing these Art Battle events throughout the world. This lead me to meet and paint with some of the top artists in the world. Of whom I learned much about material, philosophy process and perspective.

About the lesson

I like to start with a foundation lesson where we go over basics of materials and process and begin by doing a small painting or drawing to get a feel for each other and where the student is in their experience and where they hope to be with their art after the lessons.
