About Artissima

Artissima Studio is an art school, art studio, art gallery, event venue, and craft boutique in Pittsburgh. Artissima offers a variety of art classes and art workshops for adults and kids, ages 4-18. The school features semester art classes, shorter art courses, one-time creative workshops, summer art camps, and private lessons. Students work with passionate artist educators who provide inspiring instruction that emphasizes technical development and knowledge of materials and processes. Artissima focuses on providing the highest quality instruction to the community with small class sizes that ensure personalized attention to every student. Artissima also organizes birthday parties and events for adults and kids that are centered around an art activity. Our space, known lovingly as “the barn”, is a warm and welcoming environment that seeks to inspire well being, curiosity, and imagination.

We serve students of all ages. We offer art and Italian classes for kids, ages 4-18. We offer adult art classes as well.
