About Jose

Customer satisfaction my teaching experience to people of all ages, I have been a Proffesional artist since 1983 havie had apprentices that now are proffesional’s themselves !

I have thought to High School, Senior Citizens, and 9 to 11 year old groups with great success.

What I enjoy the most about teaching is seeing the proud smiley faces of my students when they complete a drawing or a painting by themselves !

I have been making my living as a proffesional artist since 1983, Painting murals in churches, schools, museums, etc.

I have worked as an art director for the TV & Film industry having groups of artists and painters under my direction,

Children movies I created scenic art for include "Coraline" among others.

About the lesson

My first approach it is always finding out what are the students goals and establishing a plan to achieve them in a timely manner,

If no experience at all I can have the student drawing basic shapes, detailing & shading in the first class,

Mixing and blending colors can be achieved in the following classes.

Most advanced students can walk away with a finished painting in three or four (two hour) classes
