Experienced tutor in Drawing in Seattle, Travel offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Melanie is such a gifted sketcher, teacher and friend. I love her travel sketch classes and have valued every moment of the learning experience. She has taught me how to visualize buildings from an architectural perspective, which has made all the difference in my sketches. I would highly recommend taking her class, relax, let go, and take time to sketch as you begin your travels.

My daughter and I were looking for a way to deepen our experience of travel and weave an artistic component into our journeys. Melanie couldn't have been better at both inspiring us and teaching us foundational sketching skills. We still bring our sketchpads with us on trips.

Melanie breaks down the components of sketch down to many easy to understand steps and concepts, which makes the sketch a lot less intimidating and daunting.
