About NEFTALI
Offering real world instruction and mentoring for teens and young adults. My name is NEFTALI and as a former police officer for 27 years I have worked with people from all walks of life, age, culture and situations and witnessed firsthand many were without mentoring or lacked some guidance when it came to making important life decisions.
After my career in law enforcement, I worked as an adjunct instructor at a small college. I created several life skills oriented classes/presentations to help fill that missing mentoring gap many young people have unfortunately had to deal with.
Classes in resumes writing, job search and interviewing as well as classes on safe driving, self motivation, anger management and knowing how to deal with law enforcement encounters safely while understanding your civil rights
I offer real world insights that will help create self-reliant and self-accountable individuals who will adopt a growth mindset and become successful as they begin their lives. I achieved a Master Peace Officer license from the State of Texas in 2005 and also possess a B.S degree in Business Management from Park University. In 2015 I founded and offer resources at 4hours4change.com and MentorsMatter.xyz, both created to help build better lives.
