About Alicia
Alicia Hayes is a season teacher and tutor. She has experience teaching ESL both abroad and online. She loves to connect with local students to help them meet their goals, encouraging them the whole way and treating their journey with the respect it deserves. Alicia is TESOL/TEFL certified through Oxford Seminars and has a BA in Communication Studies. She looks forward to meeting you and working with you.
I know how hard it is to learn a second language, and I so enjoy being a part of someone's journey and being able to encourage them in that process. I love seeing progress and being there for my students when things are tough. Teaching ESL is such a practical way to give back to the local community.

Our first lesson will be an introductory lesson, where we discuss "get to know you" topics, such as names, ages, family and interests. By this lesson I will achieve a better understanding of a student's level, needs, and goals so that I can tailor my lessons to that student.
