About Leandra
As a current college with 4+ years of tutoring experience in subjects that include K-12 material. I have worked with diverse group of people in terms of age and academic ability. I am currently an English Language arts tutor for my local YMCA for elementary school children. I graduated with my International Baccalaureate diploma which made me realize the importance of tutoring and having that academic support. My approach is simple and includes breaking down the course material to the student and help them learn it in a way they understand. I am a firm believer that no 2 students are the same and everyone requires something a little bit different to get them where they desire to go. I also welcome feedback and will alter my methods if requested by student or parent.
