About Noelle
Certified Utah Novice ASL Interpreter.
Bachelor's and Associates Degree graduate.
Good with kids or adults in teaching beginner to advanced ASL skills. Always encouraging and passionate to get people to learn a new language and culture.
I have always been good with tutoring or instructing peers with how to use ASL and thought this would be a good next step in using my ASL language skills.
Bachelor's Degree in ASL Interpreting and Certified Utah Novice ASL Interpreter. I am also fluent in Sign Language and am knowledgable in Deaf culture.

I try to get to know their knowledge level of ASL before trying to figure out which level we need to go to. I can either teach, tutor, or practice if needed.
Usually just my peers, or my clients who were in a K-12 setting of which I was a language model for.
Look for someone who is native to that langauge or a certified ASL Interpreter with years of experience.
I like going to Deaf events at a local Deaf center. They have social night at least once a month that I like to go to.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think one question is what are potential solutions to their needs. What caused the need or the challenge? What is contributing to it? What have they tried to help with their needs?
