Hands on experience

Michael was totally prepared and planned the lesson for maximum fun and excitement. There was very little down time. Even getting the bait was fun!

Very informative and great learning experience

Michael is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher. My grandson caught many fish and Michael taught him all about each one. It was the highlight of my grandson's visit!

Great Instructor. Very patient, teaches the basics of fishing and knows where to find the fish

Highly recommend! My teenage sons had the best time fishing with Michael. He taught them a ton about surf fishing and the fish they caught. An experience they will never forget.

Michael Reynolds practices artistry in his craft when giving fishing lessons. My 9 year old grandson and I had our first lesson with Michael on 4/28/19. We learned a lot and caught several fish in the bay. We had our second lesson with Michael on 5/18/19. Both lessons were a combination of science and fishing lessons. I’m 70 and I’ve been a fresh water fisherman my whole life. Surf fishing is much different than fishing for bass or trout. If you’re not interested the why of how to catch fish, Michael’s not your guy. If you actually want to become a good fisherman he’s your guy. When we were surf fishing there were several fishermen near us. None caught a fish. We caught two and lost a big fish that broke the line. No one can guarantee you’ll catch fish. That’s why they call it fishing vs catching. Fishing with Michael stacks the odds in your favor.

Awesome experience. Learned tons & was able to piece together a bigger picture about fishing. Would recommend 10/10

Very thorough explanation and guidance the whole day. Great getting a fish at the end of the lesson!

Very knowledgeable, professional, and got me ready to take on this new hobby! He has all the tools and knowledge needed to get me going.

Awesome instructor. The whole experience was worth it according to my family.

Michael was really great to work with! You can tell he genuinely loves to fish, and he is a wonderful instructor! He was really patient and waa great with our kids. Would actually rate 10 stars!

I grew up fishing on the east coast and was eager to get back to it, but knew that I needed some guidance. I found Michael's website and reached out and I'm so glad I did. Not only did he give me a refresher on so many little details I had forgotten, but he showed me many different areas to fish. We caught several fish our first day out and many more on subsequent days. After only one lesson I was comfortable going out on my own to explore. Michael has also been great at giving feedback and advice via email post lesson. I am absolutely thrilled with the fishing I did in 2020 and that's all thanks to Michael. He's my fishing sherpa! Fish on! See you on the water Michael!!!
