About Frank
I played baseball and football at Ohio Wesleyan University. That is where I made my largest leap in my athletic skills and knowledge. I consider myself sort of a late bloomer. I got as far as I did mainly from my athleticism and natural abilities. But once I started investing in myself and training with professional and higher class athletes a lot changed. My mentality changed. That's what I want for everyone that I work with. I want to instill confidence. I want to guide everyone to that a-ha moment, to that point where the athlete is not dependent on a coach to tell them what's off or what's wrong. Instead, coach them to the point where they see/feel a result and is able to self diagnose.
