About Buddy

I've been training train young athletes in football fundamentals for 23 years. I played 8 years of NFL football with the Atlanta Falcons. I started Kids & Pros, a non-profit company that provides both football camps, clinics and small group trainings. I most enjoy individual coaching sessions and specialize in defensive techniques - footwork, hip explosion, tackling, & block destruction.

I am extremely encouraging and most athletes will develop more self confidence in their ability to move and overcome obstacles in life.
