The service was great and very professional

Overall experience it was great, you are pushed to keep going even after wanting to pass out and sleep. It’s not crazy expensive like other trainers and you actually get your work in for the time you paid for. Definitely you’ll feel some improvement after some time, I know I did.

I had the the opportunity to train with Kevin Cobb of ATGT both before injury and during Rehab. His knowledge of training helped my son get back to preinjury condition I would say months earlier than anticipated. He challenged him but was conscious of his injury. Just what he needed to get back on the field for his senior year

Easy to follow meal plan. Substitution Options are realistic, doesn't feel like a strict diet.

It prepared me for my freshman year
of college and pushed my talent to the next level. I was in more shape than i had ever been in my years of playing football. The training transitioned into my freshman year which helped me start as a freshman and make a impact fast.

Great drills and organization.
