About Carlton

Hard Work Athletics started in 2007 as a way for me to keep the young students that I coached in P.E. class out of trouble in their Low income neighborhoods. As these young men began to excel in their individual sports or as my football players the community and parents began to notice.

Hard Work Athletics is fundamental rooted training in an athletes giving sport that is based on making the athlete bigger, stronger, & faster. By doing the things that school coaches dont have the time to teach to individuals or dont posses the knowledge. We work hard when we train so game play & play making looks easy or effortless.

What I enjoy most about my work is .....Watching players be great at what they love.
