About Jeff

Former NFL QB training youth in proper mechanics and strategies to be successful on every level.

Over 20 years teaching in the Tampa, Florida area.

Drafted by L.A. Rams 4th round 1989. Played for Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1990 and 1991. Also played for the New England Patriots in 1992 before retiring in 1994.

Within a couple of years of retiring from NFL, started training groups and individuals in Los Angeles area, before moving back to Tampa and continuing to today.

5 years NFL QB with five different organizations including LA Rams, TB Buccaneers, NY Giants, NE Patriots and Denver Broncos.

About the lesson

60 minute sessions working on perfect QB mechanics and advancing as player develops to include all footwork, throwing on the run, play-action passing. Offensive and defensive strategies continue as player’s ability is ready.

From 6 years old all the way to pro players.

If trainer talks more about money than finding out about your goals, you probably aren’t going to get the results you’re looking for.

I have been training one brother since he was 6 and is a fabulously talented 11year old QB and just started training his 7 year brother. It has brought back many memories of how far the older brother has come in 5 years and seeing the young one making big improvements week after week is very satisfying.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about your true desire and willingness to put in the work to get your goal. It is ok if your goal is not to become a pro athlete, but expecting to improve just by lessons and not working between lessons will probably not get you very far.
